The Naperville Municipal Band is celebrating its 155th season by kicking off its summer concert series at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5 with the theme "Strike Up the Band," featuring the eighth-grade scholarship winners.
The band has 11 free concerts held every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. from June 5 to August 14 with the exception of the patriotic concert on Wednesday, July 2 at the Community Concert Center in Central Park, 104 E. Benton Ave.
