The Naperville Municipal Band concert will kick-off with "Here's That Band Again," which will feature eighth-grade scholarship winners.
The concert will include a gift certificate drawing, in which the first 1,000 audience members to arrive at Central Park will have a chance to win one of four $25 gift certificates.
