Attendees will design a large Halloween trick-or-treat bag with personalization, spooky stamps, paints and Halloween embellishments.
Participants will also decorate a wooden picture frame themed towards their Halloween costume photo, in addition to a beaded trick-or-treat bag dangle with Halloween and glow-in-the-dark beads.
The program will conclude with a Halloween cookie decorating buffet.

The event is designed for kids ages 3 to 10; ages 3 to 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
This event will take place in the Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, room 206.
