Comedy Shrine Holds New Year's Shows for Families and Adults

Laugh your way into the New Year by attending one of four shows offered New Year's Eve at The Comedy Shrine, 22 E. Chicago. A mock New Year's Eve celebration will be held after each show. Family shows are appropriate for ages six and older. Family show times are at 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. with tickets costing $18 for adults and $13 for kids age 6-16. There is a one-drink minimum. There is a two drink minimum for the adult shows. The first will be held at 8 p.m. with no one under 16 admitted and tickets costing $28. The second show will be held at 10:15 p.m. with no one under 21 admitted and tickets costing $36. The New Year will be celebrated with a free champagne toast at midnight.
