L.I.F.T. Aurora will hold its kick-off fundraiser featuring a St. Patrick's Day celebration of music.
The family-friendly event for Live. Improve. Flourish. Thrive will take place in East Aurora High School's Hawks auditorium.
The event will feature Knu York, The Peachtree, Marlon Robinson and J-Wolf.
L.I.F.T. Aurora raises funds to help its mission, which, as stated, is to provide a "creative environment for all members of the community to enhance their quality of life and contribute to the healthy development of the community’s youth and their families through arts, athletics, and educational programs as an alternative to the negative influences that compete for their attention.”
Funds raised at the event will assist L.I.F.T. Aurora's programs, Drama For Kids; Beauty Parlor Barbershop Day; Musicians Unite to Serve Instrumentally in the Community; and For Teens By Teens.
Tickets will cost $10 in advance; $15 at the door; and $5 to students with a valid school ID, at the door.
