Want to head into the weekend with a little relaxing music? Then you should consider a stop at Wentz Concert Hall for the Concert for Global Peace. The performance will feature a South Indian violin concert. Tickets start at $15.

If your four-day workweek was just too much to handle and you wanna ROCK! Then, maybe you should stop over at Quigley's Irish Pub for Rolling Stone's tribute band Tumbling Dice. We know it's only rock-n-roll, but we like it. Yeah.

Saturday

Seriously, if you cannot find something to do today, you haven't tried.

Start your day patriotically at 8 a.m. with a Sept. 11 Remembrance Ceremony at the 9/11 Memorial at the Naperville Municipal Center, along the Riverwalk. The Naperville Exchange Club hosts the event, which pays tribute to Naperville local Cmdr. Dan Shanower and those who died in the terrorist attacks.

If you would rather run to benefit a local organization then cruise over to Wheaton for the DuPage PADS Run/Walk. You can do the 3K walk, 5K or 10K runs. All proceeds benefit DuPage PADS.

Not into running, take a stroll over to 5th Avenue Station for the Naperville Farmers Market. The market is open until noon and runs every Saturday until the end of October. Better enjoy those fresh veggies while you can!

Or you can get your fresh veggies at the We Grow Dreams Garden Market at Freedom Commons.

How about a campfire and some s'mores? Families it's campout time at the Naperville Park District.  Sign up to attend the park district's family campout at Saeger Park.

Sunday

End the weekend with some food and culture.
