Short-Term Construction Project Begins Today on Wehrli Road

Drivers who travel along Wehrli Road on the south side of town, should be prepared for delays as a short-term road project begins today.

The northbound lanes of Wehrli Road will be closed along Wehrli Road, just south of 75th Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning today, according to the city of Naperville. The project should only last three days.

On Tuesday and Wednesday intermittent single lane closures in that area are also possible, according to a news release from the city.

The city advises drivers that message boards will be in place to alert motorists, and flaggers will be on site to direct traffic. Drivers are also advised to follow the posted detour route and expect delays in the construction area.
