Panera Pays It Forward With Warm Up Wednesday

Panera Bread honored city employees, including public works employees who helped rescue a man earlier this week.

On Feb. 8, the Chicago Panera team headed to to warm up firemen, school teachers and Public Works employees as part of the Warm Up Wednesday program. 

Every Wednesday during the month of February, Panera delivery teams will be making their way through the Chicagoland area to surprise deserving residents with warm coffee and cookies.

During their Warm Ups in Naperville, the Panera team was able to help City Manager, Doug Krieger, honor four Public Works men who were a . This was a great opportunity for Panera to “pay it forward” to local heroes and thank everyone who makes a positive impact on the community every day.
