Last Chance: City of Naperville Arbor Day Tree Sale

Doing a little home maintenance and want to add some trees to your yard? Don't miss the city's tree sale.

As residents around Naperville are planting flowers and adding a little curb appeal to their homes, the hosts an annual event that adds a little green to the home scene. 

The city will host its annual Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. Residents can choose from a variety of trees and purchase them at a discount. 

The trees are kept in containers, making them easier to plant and transport than those kept in burlap, according to the city. The trees must be removed by noon.

The sale will take place at the city’s Public Works Service Center, 180 Fort Hill Dr.

Experts from the Morton Arboretum will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice on best practices for planting.
