Last weekend the hosted an event for adults. This clothing sale at focuses on the kids. We know how quickly they grow out of those clothes, so why not find new, kindly used things for a lower price.

Healthy Home Event at Wentz Concert Hall

Find out how to make your home healthier from Myron Wentz an alumnus of and his son Dave Wentz. The pair is on a tour promoting their book The Healthy Home. Proceeds from the sale of books will go to the Children's Hunger Fund.

Rotary-Neuqua Pancake Breakfast

Pancakes. Doesn’t that say it all? Well, if you need to know more the Rotary Club of Naperville-South and the Interact Club are hosting this event at the Gold Campus. There will be pancakes and entertainment. The cost is $5 per person or $15 for a family.

Burt Reynolds at Hollywood Palms

Cannonball Run. Smokey and the Bandit. Deliverance. What do these three films have in common? One of them is not a comedy. That is for sure. But, the answer is Burt Reynolds. The icon will be at Hollywood Palms on Saturday where his movies will be screened. He will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans.

St. Baldrick’s event raises funds for pediatric cancer

What an event this will be. Volunteers will be shaving their heads to raise funds for pediatric cancer. But, this event sounds like a fun time for all, whether you just want to observe or participate. There will be food and music and all for a good cause.

Bluegrass Meets Jazz for a musical fusion at NCC

The Del McCoury Band and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band are coming together for a concert at . The two bands will be celebrating the release (which took place on April 12) of the album American Legacies. McCoury is a Grammy nominated artist and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band travels the world promoting New Orleans Jazz.

Egg hunt and wagon ride

The is hosting this fun event at . Kids can enjoy a wagon ride and search for hidden eggs. The event does require a reservation, so be sure to call and register first. The event will also be held on April 23.

March of Dimes walk along the Riverwalk

The March of Dimes walk will help raise funds for research and programs to help children that are born prematurely. Enjoy a stroll along the and help a good cause at the same time.

NCO Spring Ahead Run

The 12th Annual race kicks off on the campus off of Ferry Road. The run includes a variety of options depending on how serious you are.  There is a 1 mile Kid’s Fun Run, a 5K Street Run, a 5K Wheelchair Race and a 10K Trail Run. Funds raise will help support .
