A rundown of some of the events happening around Naperville this weekend.

If that three-day holiday weekend wasn't long enough for you, take heart, the weekend is almost upon us again.

Naperville Patch tries to provide you with some ideas for ways to spend the weekend with your kids, your family and your friends. Here are just a few ideas for things to do around the Naperville area.

Fun with the family

Enjoy a movie on Friday evening in Central Park. The is the host of the event. Movies start at dusk. All are welcome to attend the free movie nights.

Fun with the kids

It’s a rocking evening as the students from the puts on two shows for charity. Head on over to Ballydoyle Saturday or Sunday and make a donation at the door. Funds collected will go to the Nancy Young Elementary School PTA.

An evening out

Celebrate the weekend and the First Friday of the month at . Dine on complimentary appetizers, enjoy special drink features, visit the interactive mixology station and listen to live music. The fun begins at 6 p.m.

Dining out

If you want to dine out in a nice restaurant without feeling like you need to be dressed up to do it, Biaggi’s is a nice spot. This is a great restaurant to enjoy date night with your sweetie or a meal with friends. It’s formal enough with not being overly formal. The food is traditional Italian fare that is filling. You won’t leave here hungry and your wallet won't be crushed. If you require a special diet, they offer gluten free pasta. Maybe get some to go for later!

It’s all happening downtown

Art lovers take a stroll downtown and enjoy the art and talk with the artists during the Naperville Woman’s Club 52nd Annual Juried Fine Art Fair. The art fair is adjacent to the Riverwalk and will feature about 80-90 artists who work in a variety of mediums. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
