Halloween Surprises Will Captivate Trick-or-Treaters at Main Street Promenade

You never know who you will meet when you venture downtown Naperville the day before Halloween! Little pirates, cowboys, fairy princesses, giraffes – even Batman and Robin – will fill the sidewalks in search of treats, balloons, arts and crafts, and other delightful adventures.

Once again Main Street Promenade, Washington Corners, Naperville Dental Specialists, Innovative Orthodontic Centers, and other retailers and restaurants working with the Downtown Naperville Alliance are sponsoring a Sunday afternoon of Halloween fun for children and their families. Even mom and dad dress up and join in the fun.

From 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, Main Street Promenade will be bustling with trick-or-treaters wandering from shop to shop, gathering candy and goody bags, guessing the number of Gummy Worms in a jar, and having their photos taken in a free ShutterBox photo booth. Frankenstein will add a few thrills as he wanders around on stilts, and Elvis Presley may even make an appearance. Trolley rides, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., will add another highlight to this adventure.
