Blues Brothers Musical Coming to North Central College

Live concert show pays homage to Chicago's rich history of blues, gospel and soul music in the true spirit of the original Blues Brothers.

Dan Aykroyd, Judy Belushi Pisano and musical director Paul Shaffer present “The Official Blues Brothers Revue” Oct. 5 at North Central College.

The performance begins at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, in North Central College’s Pfeiffer Hall, 310 E. Benton Ave. Tickets are $35, $30 and $20; call the North Central College Box Office at 630-637-SHOW (7469) or visit northcentralcollege.edu/showtix.

The “Official Blues Brothers Revue,” featuring Wayne Catania and Kierom Lafferty as Jake and Elwood, recreates the live concert experience, integrating the humor and songs from the original 1980 film, “The Blues Brothers.” The film starred Aykroyd and the late John Belushi in an expansion of characters they created as cast members on “Saturday Night Live.”
