Adopt Me! Mosh, Effie, Hoss and Karma

Mosh is a vocal and playful 4-year-old cat who loves toys, especially laser pointers. She's on the independent side and will let you know when she wants to hang out and be petted. She would do best in a quieter home where she is the only pet. She also needs an owner who is very consistent with keeping her litter box clean. She is a very sweet and quirky cat that would make someone very happy.

Effie is an energetic 4-year-old retriever mix who loves to play. She still needs to learn some doggy manners but she's extremely smart and trains well with treats. She loves toys and romping around but she's also a sweet companion dog. She is great with cats, some dogs and kids who are at least 12-years-old. Effie makes everyone who meets her smile.

More dogs and cats are available at the y. All the animals have been examined for health and temperament, started on their vaccines and microchipped. They are spayed or neutered at adoption. Hours are 5 to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Visit at 1620 W. Hoss is a playful boy who is still working out the rules here with all the other kitties here at the shelter.  Sometimes when things get a little crazy he finds it easier to just duck out of sight. When the dust settles, though, you'll find him a kitty with a whole lot of love to share.

Karma came to as part of a rescue transfer from a smaller rescue organization.  She is a beautiful blond shepherd husky mix with the most unique eyes you’ll ever see.  Karma is a sweet and gentle 2-year-old that is very intelligent.  She has a more quiet and shy personality but is true to her breed and just loves to run and play in this cold snowy weather.  For more information about any of the dogs we have available for adoption please contact A.D.O.P.T.
