Adopt Me!: Jade, Jordan, Freckles and Mariah Kitty

Here are some adoptable pets looking for new homes.

Jade is a girl who boasts more than just a pretty face and a pleasant demeanor. She is very levelheaded and enjoys the company and having a relationship with her people. She loves to play as much as she loves to cuddle.  She is the perfect companion.

Jordan was rescued from a puppy mill with his pal, Pippen. He is a 5-year-old Bichon Frise. Once his buddy Pippen was adopted, Jordan went into foster care where he could learn socialization skills and build self-confidence since he had spent most of his life living in a cage. He has developed wonderfully and is learning how to be a dog.  He’s learned how to walk on a leash with other dogs and how to go up stairs.  He knows his foster family will feed him, take him for walks, and give him a warm home and a comfy bed.

Mariah Kitty is a 2-year-old cat who has been looking for a home at NAHS for almost 300 days.  She likes to play with toys on strings and sit in peoples' laps to take naps.  She might play a little rough so kids in her new home should be older.  She should be the only pet in her new home but will definitely keep someone entertained and very happy.

Freckles is a very sweet and handsome 2-year-old Border collie mix.  He's extremely energetic and will require someone to provide him with lots of physical and mental exercise.  He still needs some training and to learn some manners but he's very smart and should catch on quickly.  He would do best in a home with someone who's had Border Collie experience.  He needs to be the only dog in his home and can't live with cats.  Kids in his new home should be at least 12 years old.
