PULTE HOMES TO BUILD NEW COMMUNITY IN NAPERVILLE

Pulte Homes has purchased an 88-acre site in Naperville, providing a rare opportunity to build 238 new construction homes in this highly sought-after market. Ashwood Pointe is located on 248th Street, south of Wolf’s Crossing Road.

Pulte Homes plans to open for new home sales in early 2014 with three fully furnished model homes, offering abundant extra features and upgrades, said Maria Wilhelm, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes.

“From the highly-rated Indian Prairie School District to the close proximity to amenities, retail/shopping and job corridors, families will find exceptional value in their Pulte home and have the newly designed Life Tested™ floor plans to meet the housing and lifestyle needs of their growing family,” said Wilhelm. “Pulte will offer quality homes and give homebuyers exceptional value and pricing relative to comparable resale and newly-built home prices.”

The Ashwood Pointe neighborhood is planned to include 226 single-family homes. Buyers can select from 10 new consumer-inspired home designs that range in size from about 2,200 to more than 3,500 square feet and feature three and four+ bedrooms with three car garages. The community has already started land development efforts by the summer with the start of sales to begin by the end of 2013.

The Naperville submarket is a very popular suburban area with a thriving “downtown” feel that attracts family buyers. According to Wilhelm, Naperville is a healthy submarket with an average of less than six months of supply and a strong depth of demand in the market with 17,000 family buyers in the submarket representing almost 25 percent of all households in the Naperville Schools submarket.
