(*Note Cancellation*) Naperville Public Library Partners with Lifetime Health & Wellness for Health-Focused Programs

 **Please Note That "How to Stay Young" has been cancelled.

Public Library continues its Healthy, Wealthy and Wise community-wide initiative with September programs in partnership with Lifetime Health & Wellness at the 95th St. Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Dr.

NPL will offer “A Drug-Free Approach to Learning and Behavioral Problems in Children” from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 12.

The program will cover natural solutions to improve a child’s behavior and performance. Topics such as ADHD and the possible dangers of using drugs to treat this condition will be discussed. Attendees will also learn about alternative healthcare treatment and how it can alleviate and possibly eliminate problem behavior.

“How to Stay Young” will be offered from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 19. The program will focus on how being proactive before the age of 50 can help avoid spine-related disorders, the most common cause of functional disability.
