This is Harbor and he has a chance to come to Illinois this Friday to join our adoption program BUT we do not have a foster home. His brother was adopted, on right, and now Harbor is alone. Alone is no place to be for a sweet, big, lug like Harbor. Please consider fostering Harbor while he searches for his forever home.
