FREE OCTOBER WORKOUT CLASS

FORCE FITNESS ADULT GROUP WORKOUTS......

October is FREE training for ANY new member as we are promoting "Encourage Fitness".
Try it for a day, a week, or the whole month. Up to 5 classes a week. No gimmick, no risk, nothing to loose but everything to gain.
Challenge yourself for 1 month, feel the changes, get excited about reaching goals and try a structured program that you will love.
Surrounding yourself with like minded people will keep you committed to a program. And working with a group will push you more than you would on your own.
See the big picture, you owe it to yourself. Anyone can do it. Get out of your comfort zone and become the stronger version of yourself.

1 HOUR SESSIONS every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am and 6:30pm and Saturday's at 8am.

FORCE FITNESS is a group of exercises that mix traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Classes are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves.The program is also incredibly fun, with no two workouts alike. You work at your own pace, reach your goals and perform and modify every exercise to your own ability. Each workout is designed for anyone at any fitness level from beginner to advance. Our workouts address all areas of fitness including; developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance, boosting fat loss while amplifying muscle gain,increasing full body strength, enhancing agility, increasing your metabolism and improving balance and flexibility.
