Five Physicians Join DuPage Medical Group

DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, recently welcomed five new physicians.

- Dr. Ashley Moja joins DMG’s Internal Medicine practice in Lisle. Moja earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University and completed her residency in internal medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago.

Her medical interests include preventive medicine. Moja is affiliated with Edward Hospital.

- Dr. Tad Nair is board-certified in Internal Medicine and joins DMG as a hospitalist. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine, where he was a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and was awarded the W. Warren Point Award. He completed an internship at University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago.

Nair is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Medical Association. He is affiliated with Advocate Good Samaritan, Central DuPage and Edward hospitals. 

- Dr. Ariel Polish joins DMG’s Integrated Oncology Program as part of the Hematology/Oncology department. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology. He will practice in Lisle and Plainfield. After receiving his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, Polish completed his residency at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University (Evanston Program), where he was named Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Hematology at Northwestern University.

Polish’s medical interests include cancers of the colon, stomach, prostate, breast, lungs and pancreas. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. Polish is affiliated with Adventist Hinsdale, Advocate Good Samaritan, Central DuPage and Edward hospitals. 

- Dr. Eliseo R. Roquiz is board-certified in Family Medicine and joins DMG’s Family Medicine practice in Naperville. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Summa Akron City Hospital.

Roquiz’s medical interests include preventive health, osteopathic manipulation and adult diabetes and asthma. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Roquiz is affiliated with Edward Hospital.

- Dr. Summer Wirth joins DMG's Obstetrics and Gynecology department in Downers Grove. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she was named Administrative Chief Resident.

Wirth’s medical interests include endometriosis, female sexual dysfunction, minimally invasive surgery and ovarian cysts. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, American Medical Association and Society for the Study of Reproduction. Wirth is affiliated with Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.
