Family practice doctors Fowzia Ghouse, Kaleem Khan join EMG in Naperville

Fowzia Ghouse, MD and Kaleem Khan, MD, both board certified family practice physicians, have joined Edward Medical Group (EMG) at its new office located at 2132 Deep Water Ln. in Naperville.  Both doctors are accepting new patients.  To schedule an appointment, call (630) 922-1400.

Dr. Ghouse received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed her residency in family practice at MacNeal Family Practice in Berwyn.  Dr. Ghouse is member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Khan attended medical school at the Deccan College of Medical Sciences in India.  He completed his internship at Flushing Hospital and Medical Center in New York, and family practice residency at UIC-Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn.  Dr. Khan is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Practice.
