My name is Charlie, I am a terrier mix (I think). I was found as a stray in Rural TN. Imagine that, a tiny little 9 pound puppy dumped and I am only about 4 months old! I ended up in an animal control facility where dogs are euthanized. Then this wonderful angel scooped me up. She said not to worry that she would find someone to love me forever. Is that person you?
