DESCRIPTION:The Naperville Public Library's Food for Fines Drive\, in sup
 port of Loaves &amp\; Fishes  Community Pantry\, will waive $1 of fines 
 for every item of  non-perishable food brought to any library building\,
  up to a maximum of  $20 per card.\nPatrons should note that only overdu
 e charges will be  waived. Fees\, including interlibrary loans\, copies\
 , lost and damaged  items\, movie checkouts and collection agency\, will
