Who Do You Trust With Your Furnace?

Don't want to be left out in the cold if your heating system doesn't work this winter? Recommend your favorite business that fixes furnace.

If you still thought summer was lingering, the last few nights probably killed that line of wishful thinking when temperatures dropped into the 40s.

Now that temperatures are dropping, homeowners are beginning to remember that the thermostat on the wall isn't just for cooling the house. But what happens when you turn up the heat, and you find out your furnace is on the fritz?

No one wants to go long with a bad furnace during cold temperatures. That's why Naperville Patch is asking readers to recommend their favorite business that handles furnaces and other household heating and cooling needs.

Give a shout out to that shop by writing a review in our Patch Places business directory. Think of your recommendation as a public service, telling residents the best places to go in Naperville.

And if you can't find your favorite business in the directory, tell us in the comments section so it can be added.

Just curious - How would a customer know whether or not any company a company was the "best in the business" unless one had done business with them all? ;)

    Lyle from Lisle http://www.gocomfortmaker.com/lylefromlisle_net/

Lyle is very knowledgable, honest, and has years of experience. He has helped us with our AC, heating and now is working with us on getting the best filtration system to help with our son's allergies.

We're happy with T.R. Miller in Plainfield: http://trmillerheatingandcooling.com/

When we purchased our furnace, we got competitive quotes from a number of HVAC companies.

T.R. Miller was the only bidder to work with us to come up with a creative yet practical way to deal with a problem we had (inadequate ducting). The other firms just ignored the problem - they just wanted to make the sale.
