The Best of Naperville: Italian Restaurants

Share your reviews of your favorites around town. We start this feature off with Italian restaurants.

Naperville is a big city with a small town feel. We all have those places in town we return to again and again whether on the north side of town, downtown or on the south end of the city.

We want to know where you find the best of everything in town. Naperville Patch is debuting a new feature “The Best of Naperville” that will ask readers to visit our Places directory and share reviews of the “go to” spots in town. We want to know what places you like best. Other readers will only benefit from your helpful information.

This week we start with a culinary best of.

Where do you go when you crave the comfort of pasta or anything Italiano? We need your help, so review your favorites. (We will take on pizza another time. This time we are looking only at Italian restaurants.)

You do not need to be a culinary critic to participate in this week’s “Best Of.” Everyone knows what is good and what isn’t, right? All it takes is a simple, substantive review. (No nastiness, please.)

So, Naperville, where do you go to order up the best Italian food in town?

You can visit the Places directory on Naperville Patch and review the Italian dining options, or peruse the list below.  We will follow up with a story about which restaurant you deemed the best (garnering the most feedback) next week when we present our next column.

Thanks to Frank for his review of Cafe Buonaro's! Who else has a favorite in town? You know you do, so review or give out a few stars!

The best lasagna and pasta marinara in Naperville is Little Italian on Bailey. I don't even eat out Italian when I am on vacation because I know that if it isn't from Little Italian I will be disappointed!

Although technically it's located in Woodridge, we consider Clara's to be THE best Italian restaurant in Naperville. It's closer to us than some of the other sites on the list which have Naperville addresses.
