Police Blotter: Exploitation, Warrants, Tires Deflated

Warrant arrest

  • Adam Higgins Swinford, 22, of the 1600 block of Killdeer Drive, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. at his home, said. He was charged on an original warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Mohamed Waheed Burshan, 27, of the 1500 block of Heatherton Court, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure to warrant and possession of cannabis, more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams. His bond was $150.
  • Dominique Devereaux Pryor, 27, of the 700 block of Superior in Aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at West Diehl Road and Shore Road, police said. She was charged with failing to notify the Secretary of State of an address change, speeding and on a failure to appear warrant. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Michael Eugen Hardin, 48, of the 700 block of West Liberty in Wheaton, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Suspended license

  • Jessie Burnes Mayes, 52, of the 2000 block of Fox Pointe in Aurora, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.
  • Carlos Humberto Anaya, 18, of the 700 block of Spring Street in Aurora, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. in the 2900 block of 95th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance and improper lane use. His bail was $2,000.

Uninsured driver

Jasmine Chanel Earley, 24, of the 2600 block of Beau Bien Court in Lisle, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. at North River Road and Millennium Lane, police said. She was charged with driving without insurance, driving with only one headlamp, no front rear plate permit displayed, expired registration and title/registration possession offenses. Her bail was $2,000.

Criminal damage

A 40-year-old woman reported that the tire core valves were removed from her car's rear tires sometime overnight while it was parked on the fourth floor of the parking garage in the first block of West Van Buren, police said. 

Will County  Thursday, Jan. 26

Exploitation

David M. Skowronski, 53, of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive in Naperville, was arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and charged with a felony related to sexual exploitation of a child-sex act, according to the Sheriff's Office. A call to the Will County State's Attorney's Office was not returned Thursday afternoon.
