Police Blotter: Prostitution, Possession, Missing Wedding Ring

Naperville Police Department reports, Dec. 2-4

Friday, Dec. 2

Warrant arrest

  • Rodrigo Rene Delatorre, 27, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. in the 2600 block of Aurora Avenue, where he was charged on an original warrant for financial institution fraud and theft/deception, police said. His bail was $25,000.
  • Joshua Allen McConnell, 33, of the 300 block of West 5th Avenue, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams, police said. His bail was $1,000.

Driving under the influence

Rhonda Lynn Feder, 43, of the 400 block of Echo Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. at Diehl Road and Abritor, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane use and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Her bond was $100.

Possession

  • Sirkevin Martett Brown, 18, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams, retail theft, consumption of alcohol by a minor and on a warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Lawrence Keshon McNeal, 23, of the 1100 block of Iroquois Avenue, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Washington Street and Redstart Road, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and violating the lights and lamps act. His bond was $120.

Theft

Someone in the 2100 block of Feldott Lane reported that $463.65 in roofing materials was stolen from the work site between Nov. 2 and Nov. 3, police said.

Saturday, Dec. 3

Warrant arrest

Jonathan Earl Trocio, 30, of the 500 block of Alchester, Wheaton, was arrested at 1 a.m. in the 20 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant and was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Driving under the influence

  • Nathan Paul Christensen, 25, of the 1800 block of Scotdale Drive, Wheaton, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. at West Ogden Avenue and Fort Hill Drive, where he was charged with improper lane use and driving under the influence of alcohol, police said. His bond was $100.
  • David C. Kmiec, 30, of the 400 block of North 14th Street, Rochelle, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. at 103rd Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with speeding and driving under the influence. His bond was $100.

Possession

  • Keely Lara Froelicher, 21, of the 200 block of Larsdotter Lane, Geneva, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of Ferry Road and Raymond Drive, police said. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Marie Jose Ruiz-Tagle, 24, of the 800 block of North Bennett, Geneva, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. in the 1300 block of Ferry Road and Raymond Drive, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, obstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was $1,500.

Suspended license

Juan Luis Hernandez, 33, of the 400 block of North Park Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. at West Ogden Avenue and Royal Saint George Drive, police said. He was charge with violating the lights and lamps act and driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Sunday, Dec. 4

Prostitution

  • Ashley M. Hawkins, 25, of the 400 block of Mayfair Road, Toledo, Ohio, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with prostitution and on a warrant. Her bail was $1,500.
  • Kimberly Ann Usis, 32, of the 800 block of Jackson Street, Defiance, Ohio, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended license, on an outstanding warrant and for prostitution. Her bail was $1,500.

Suspended license

  • Alex Joshua Lagrone, 26, of the 1000 block of Terrace Lake Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. at North Route 59 and Meridian Park, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance and no front/rear plate permit displayed. His bail was $3,000.
  • Lesley Williams, 38, of the 500 block of Fessler Avenue, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. in the 400 block of South Route 59 and East New York Street, police said. She was charged with driving without insurance, having an expired registration and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $2,000.

Driving under the influence

  • Gregory S. Strzempek, 27, of the 7500 block of Florence Avenue, Downers Grove, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. in the 400 block of South Washington Street and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with a traffic control violation and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.
  • James Stafford Brannan, 41, of the 500 block of South Elmwood, Oak Park, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue and North Brainard Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, not driving on the right side of a two-lane road, speeding, driving without insurance and on an outstanding warrant. His bail was $3,000.
  • Jaime Gustamante-Payan, 35, of the 600 block of Jackson, Aurora, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. in the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue and North Mill Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Possession

Mark David Brown, 29, of the 2900 block of Waters Edge Circle, Aurora, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. in the 600 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Theft

A 24-year-old man in the 200 block of South Route 59 reported that he forgot his wedding ring in a common bathroom and it was taken, police said.

Vehicle burglary

A 17-year-old man in the 1700 block of Quincy Avenue, reported that between 2 and 3:53 p.m. his front passenger window was smashed out and his cell phone and wallet were removed from the center console where they were sitting in plain view, police said.
