Police Blotter: Man Charged with Battery, Flower Basket and Bike Stolen

Tuesday, June 5
Warrant arrest
- John Joseph Burns, 21, of the 6500 block of Bazz Drive in Plainfield, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. in the 200 block of South Washington Street, Naperville police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $4,000.
- Thomas Michael Gniadek, 30, of the 1500 block of Georgia Court, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $750.
Battery
Antonio Maur Finley, 21, of the 2600 block of Beau Bien Boulevard in Lisle, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. in the 500 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of battery. His bond was $150.
Suspended/revoked license
Jannese M. Davis, 21, of the 700 block of North Mayfield Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. near 103rd Street and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and improper lane usage. Her bond was $1,500.
Theft
Gustavo Alegria, 23, of the 400 block of East Downer Street in Aurora, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with theft and his bond was $120.
Driving under the influence
Tianna S. Alexander, 24, of the 1700 block of Molitor Road in Aurora, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. near Quincy Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis, improper turn at intersection, traffic control violation, operating a vehicle without insurance and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
Stolen property
- A bike was removed from a garage in the 300 block of Tamarack Avenue, police said.
- A hanging flower basket was stolen overnight in the 1900 block of Appaloosa Drive, police said.
