Police: Man Charged with Lewd Exposure in Restaurant Drive-Thru

Jemar R. Wesley, 33, said he was just "readjusting" himself after police stopped him Wednesday afternoon, according to reports.

A driver stopped Wednesday afternoon and charged with lewd exposure told he was just "readjusting" himself, according to reports.

Jemar R. Wesley, 33, of the 100 block of School Street, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Ogden Avenue after police said he was seen masturbating when he entered a restaurant drive-thru.

When officers stopped him, Wesley said he was “readjusting himself and his penis came out,” according to police reports.

He was arrested and also found to have cannabis with him, according to reports. Police said he was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, public indecency/lewd exposure, and driving on a suspended/revoked license.

His bail was $1,500.
