See the Naperville police forgot to post the booking mug shots of Kim Bendis and Jen Stalh the illegally arrested stay at home moms who were booked on trumped up charges by these thugs for protecting their house and children from these lousy smart meters.

Could be they realize this would add one more item to the law suit and a bigger settlement. In any case the City’s business manager, police chief and any cop participating in this travesty should be fired by city council but then again they probably approved it in the first place.

Funny, I saw both of them in the mug shots.

I don't believe an arrest was warranted in this case. They could have issued a citation on the spot then walked away. The city could get a court order to install the meters. Then these two would have been in contempt which would have been easier to enforce and justify an arrest.

In the end, Naperville could wind up in another legal battle that might rival Dick Furstenau's lawsuit. This will be an interesting fifteen minutes of fame for them and any future Smart Meter resistors.

Thanks to our most wonderful governor, even if Uriel Anibal Martinez-Fragoso is here illegally, he will now be able to get a driver's license for legal ID purposes. How's that for a juicy reward for getting past the authorities1

Gerald why don't you take the time to learn the laws. What the police officers did was not illegal , was not a a criime nor let alone a felony and the Officers acted in good faith. So what are you talking about they should get fired! You have no clue what you're talking about. I suggest you take some criminal law classes or learn what being an Officer actually details.
