Matthew Kevin Weber, 23, of the 28W 700 block of Ray Street, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. near South Brainard Street and East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with failure to reduce speed, leaving the scene of an accident, disobeying stop sign and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000. Kevin Walter, 22, of the 8400 block of Mending Wall Drive in Woodridge, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. near North Webster Street and West 6th Avenue, police said. He was charged with speeding, no insurance, disobeying a stop sign and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
Christopher Clarence Smith, 35, of the 1800 block of Shetland Road, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.
Latonio Dushun Simpson, 24, of the 2400 block of Meadow Lane in Woodridge, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. near Plainfield Naperville Road and West 75th Street, police said. He was charged with improper use of registration or title and no insurance. His bond was $200.
Steven Timothy Simmons, 18, of the 30 W 0-99 block of Valencia Court, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
August Donald Signorelli, 18, of the 1200 block of North Eagle Street, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. at his residence, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bail was $1,500.
