For many families, this week is Spring Break. With the kids off from school, we know you're looking for reasons to get out of the house without emptying your wallet.

Many local businesses are offering some great deals to entice your family to shop. Luckily, with the money you can save with these deals, you can put away a few dollars towards the next Spring Break vacation.

Here are five Spring Break deals that can stretch your family's dollar.

1.

Deal: To celebrate the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox opening days, hot dogs are $1 (regularly $2.50).

Good through: Available on April 1 and April 7 only (opening days for the Cubs and Sox). This offer is available at the Bolingbrook Johnny Rockets location, too.

Deal:  Get $7 off a $35 purchase using a printable coupon. Free toy events during Spring Break include Hexbug nano, Doodletrack and Chuggington.

Good through: coupon valid until April 4 at the Naperville store only.

Deal: Save 25 percent on your total purchase with a printable coupon. Sale items are included, but some clearance and special items are excluded. Limit one coupon per customer, per day.

Deal: Get 25 percent off store merchandise during a store-wide sale. Some exclusions will apply.
