Naperville Resident Authors Article in Illinois Bar Journal
Kara M. Pomerantz Principe, of Naperville, counsel for the Indiana, Illinois, Iowa Foundation for Fair Contracting located in Countryside, is the author of “The Tougher, Broader Illinois Prevailing Wage Act,” an article which appears in the January 2013 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, the monthly magazine of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).
In the article, the author provides a better understanding for counsel to contractors, governments, and workers, changes to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the law interpreting it which has broadened its reach and toughened penalties.
