Three members of the Naperville Park District’s staff recently completed the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Institute. Park District staff joined other community leaders this month as graduates of the six-month program, now in its second year.

Naperville Park District Leadership Institute graduates were:

·         Kevin Finnegan, Director of Parks

·         Fred Gusel, Superintendent of Recreation

·         Rob Wysocki, Information Technology Manager

A panel of 18 distinguished business and civic leaders guided the educational sessions, sharing their expertise and insight on the topics of strategic thinking, teamwork, business acumen, stress tolerance and others.

“The Chamber Leadership Institute is a worthwhile opportunity for our staff to learn from highly effective leaders in the community and then to apply their knowledge to benefit the Park District,” said Executive Director Ray McGury.
