Paul Silverman, of Naperville, rode in the 16th annual CowaLUNGa Bike Tour this past weekend to raise funds and awareness for Respiratory Health Association’s local lung disease research and programs. This was his 10th time on the tour.

CowaLUNGa is hosted by Respiratory Health Association and attracted nearly 300 cyclists from families to weekend warriors. Participants rode one, two or three days of the bike tour from Gurnee, Ill., to Hubertus, Wis., and will raise $200,000 for lung health.
