Naperville Area Republican Women host Leadership Tea
Illinois State Senator Ron Sandack served as master of ceremonies for the Naperville Area Republican Women’s Annual fundraiser Sunday, August 28th at White Eagle Golf Club.
The Leadership Tea began with the introduction of many local, county and state Republican officials. Such officials included Congresswoman Judy Biggert, State Senators Chris Lauzen and Christine Radogno, State Representatives Michael Connelly and Darlene Senger, DuPage Regional Board of Schools Superintendent Darlene Ruscitti, County Board Member John Zediker and a host of township and city officials from the Aurora, Lisle and Naperville area.
The Naperville Area Republican Women’s Organization also honored the anniversary of the adoption of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote in the United States of America.
The event was highlighted by Aurora resident Pat Fee announcing her intention to run for Illinois State Representative, 84th District which includes Naperville Township, City of Aurora, Oswego and Montgomery.
The mission of the Naperville Area Republican Women’s Organization is to educate women on the political process, support and elects the candidates of our party and to promote women to seek and obtain public office.
